Privacy Policy
What we store
Only what a session needs: your email if you are a facilitator, the agenda, sessions and polls you create, chat messages, and poll answers. Participants are anonymous — we store a session-scoped token and a display name only if they choose one.
How it is used
To run the features you see: synchronized timers, chat, polls, and the notifications you opt into. We do not sell data, and we run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Sessions are deleted automatically after their retention period. Participant tokens expire within a day, and you can delete a session yourself at any time.
Push notifications
Push is opt-in only and can be switched off in your browser at any time. A subscription is tied to your device and the session you joined.
